What do I need to do as an introducer?
E1 merely requires that the introducers pass on a name and telephone number.
- Generally an introducer would obtain a very brief outline of the applicant's proposal and then dip the case via our on-line case tracking system or via our manual DIP form (see stationery cupboard); we then allocate a case reference and confirm receipt/start work – working with the applicants through application and valuation/legals.
- Once an offer letter is issued E1 will send the introducer a copy and also write to the applicant's solicitors with a copy of the offer letter/letter of instruction confirming what pre-conditions needs to be completed. and by whom, and we diarise to monitor each pre-condition- ensuring a swift drawdown.
An introducer’s role would thus be to obtain the initial lead and handle the transfer to E1 – recommending our professional expert service- concentrating solely on commercial finance.
